For the ultra high speed processing of narrower materials which need to be through cut or kiss cut, GCT’s huge range of high speed and kiss cut machines provide sophisticated but easy to use production solutions. Running at up to 100 strokes per minute, the hydraulic operation, rigid construction and precision depth of cut, produce accurate components time after time.

Kiss cut, self adhesive products can be rewound at the product rewind station with the scrap web automatically being removed at another station leaving clean, finished components ready to issue to customers.

The wide machine range includes models with a powered table for sheet material, a PET belt to assist product feed, laminating stations, sheet cut off device, knock-out stations, cut to print registration and special cut and heat seal equipment.
