A fully automatic tape laying machine that lays magnetic tape onto a variety of sheet materials.
The driving devices use high-precision sensors to detect the printed registration marks to an accuracy of+/-0.1mm.
Both heat and pressure are used in the tape laying process. Independent temperature control of the upper and lower laying rollers ensures a perfect laying result.
The standard tracks of tape can be applied simultaneously. A fine-adjustment track-positioning device ensures accurate laying position and parallelism.
Error code diagnostic display provides for easy troubleshooting.
