Elitron have over 25 years experience in the design and manufacture of knife cutting tables and flatbed cutting machines and are 100% dedicated to this type of cutting.

Elitron’s total focus on innovative, heavy duty machines with very elegant software has culminated in a sophisticated range of CNC knife cutting machines which will cut an ever increasing range of materials including tang graphite and foams up to 120mm thick,gaskets, asbestos replacement materials, copper, bakelite, rubber, plastics, hard and foamed rubbers, composites, packaging, MDF, fibreglass, packaging and insulation materials and many more.

The Elitron Kombo flatbed cutting machines include models with fixed beds and moving conveyors so that any material format – sheet, roll or a combination of both, can be processed.

Add to this the large range of cutting tools that can be carried on the multi-tool cutting head – fixed blade, pizza wheel [rotary blade], electric or pneumatic oscillating blade, milling and routing, kiss cut, ultrasonic and pen – and the sheer versatility is clear.

A great part of Elitron’s strength and success in the CNC knife cutting table market is attributable to their remarkable cut parts nesting software.

This is extremely user friendly and ensures material yield is maximized at all times.

Even off-cuts can be utilized by using the ‘Buddy’ projection system which has a ‘virtual die’ function to display and cut parts from material which would otherwise be scrapped.
